The first podcast of the new 2011-2012 season of Ontario Brewer was posted today. This year, we’re going to be focusing on pairing beer with food. C’est vrai que ça n’est pas du tout évident trouver des bières artisanales à Toronto. Pourtant, il y en a plusieurs disponibles; même si le centre-ville compte seulement quatre microbrasseries, en périphérie il y en a une bonne douzaine… Pour dénicher un assortiment intéressant de bières artisanales à Toronto, il faut vraiment savoir où aller. Malheureusement, les macrobrasseries ont presque entièrement réussi à établir un duopole, et la majorité des locaux offrent une sélection pitoyable de bière. Dans le gros […]
