I’m really happy to be able to finally announce the 2011-2012 season of Barley’s Angels Toronto Chapter. I’ve set up a range of events, each of which explores a different aspect of beer, a different brand and a different beer bar. It’s going to be tons of fun!

C’est vrai que ça n’est pas du tout évident trouver des bières artisanales à Toronto. Pourtant, il y en a plusieurs disponibles; même si le centre-ville compte seulement quatre microbrasseries, en périphérie il y en a une bonne douzaine… Pour dénicher un assortiment intéressant de bières artisanales à Toronto, il faut vraiment savoir où aller. Malheureusement, les macrobrasseries ont presque entièrement réussi à établir un duopole, et la majorité des locaux offrent une sélection pitoyable de bière. Dans le gros […]
