To say that I’ve been doing quite a bit of judging over the past few weeks would be an understatement. Le samedi 21 février dernier, j’étais dans la salle paroissiale d’une église montréalaise à distribuer des crayons à treize candidats qui s’étaient levés tôt pour écrire un examen épuisant. L’examen en question était le test de certification officielle BJCP comme juge de bière. L’organisme BJCP (Beer Judge Certification Program) est né en 1985 aux États-Unis et compte maintenant 2,563 membres actifs. Le test est intensif.
